Futuro Ankle Brace Size M

The 3M Futuro Ankle Support Size M is designed to aid the recovery of sore, injured or weak ankles. It provides adequate support and holds the ankle in place efficiently thanks to its adjustable strap. Its use promotes elevation of the plantar arch to reduce the discomfort of injury and promote recovery. It can be used on both ankles and adapts to any type of shoe.

Size M is suitable for an ankle circumference between 20.3 and 22.9 cm. It is an appropriate support for low-impact activities during recovery from muscular conditions in this part of the body. It acts as a comfortable and secure support. This product has been manufactured with 4-way stretch material to minimise the risk of it moving out of place with movement.

• Carefully place the foot on the elastic part. Use the diagram on the pack for each side of the ankle as a guide. The difference is to reverse the position of the support.
• Carefully wrap the elastic strap around the ankle.

• Avoid anchoring the hooks on the inside of the foot, as this may cause swelling when wearing shoes.
