How to use:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Apply evenly, including difficult areas such as ears, forehead, nose, soles of feet and behind knees.
3. Apply to dry skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.
4. Reapply every 1 hour, even on areas covered by clothing, and always after swimming or towelling.
5. Avoid contact with eyes.
6. Do not spray directly on the face. Spray first on the hand and then apply.
