Forticoll® Marine is a food supplement combining marine collagen peptides (Naticol®), calcium and magnesium salts, vitamin C, natural vitamin K2-7, vitamin D3 and hyaluronic acid. The marine collagen peptides (Naticol®) are obtained from carefully selected fish species. Weishardt has developed a specific enzymatic process to break down the collagen contained in fish skin to obtain fragments with the same size (4,000 Daltons) and functionality, while guaranteeing high bioavailability. Like collagen, hyaluronic acid is a very important component of cartilage.
The hyaluronic acid used in our product is obtained by biofermentation of bacteria (Streptococcus zooepidemicus). Similarly, our vitamin K2-7 (MenaquinGold ® ) is of natural origin and comes from the biofermentation of soya. In addition, our product is enriched with vitamins and minerals which make it an ideal complement to a healthy, balanced diet.
