Directions for use

Preparation with milk: To make a drink, add the contents of one sachet or 2 level tablespoons of powder (30 g) to 200 ml of milk in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved.

Preparation with water: To make a drink, add the contents of two sachets or 4 level tablespoons of powder (60 g) to 200 ml of water in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved. Suitable for people with lactose intolerance.

To supplement your daily diet, we recommend 1 to 2 drinks, prepared either with milk or water. Ideal for breakfast, mid-morning or as an afternoon snack.
