Who it is for Intended for use in adults seeking relief from the symptoms of seasonal allergies. Directions for use The recommended dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning. Once symptoms have improved, the dose may be reduced to 1 spray per day. On an occasional and short-term basis, when symptoms are very severe, 2 sprays may be administered twice a day, without under any circumstances exceeding the maximum dose of 4 sprays per nostril per day. Contraindications Do not use Rhinovín: - If you are under 18 years of age. - If you are allergic to fluticasone propionate or to any other ingredient in this medicine. Side effects Rhinovín may cause side effects, as with all medicines, although this does not mean that everyone will experience them. However, some of these side effects could be serious. - Very common: occasional nosebleeds. - Common: sneezing, headache, dryness or irritation of the nose and/or throat. - Very rare: nasal problems, including pain or bleeding. - Very rare but serious: symptoms of an allergic reaction such as a skin rash, swelling or difficulty breathing; eye problems such as cataracts or glaucoma; perforations of the nasal septum. - Frequency unknown: ulcers in the nose, blurred vision. Composition Each 100 mg of Rhinovín nasal suspension contains 50 mg of fluticasone propionate as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: glucose (anhydrous), microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carmellose, phenylethanol, benzalkonium chloride, polysorbate 80 and purified water.
