Equipped with an advanced motion detection system, Astra dispenses water for 30 seconds as soon as it detects movement in the vicinity and, in automatic mode, guarantees a supply every 2 hours, stimulating your pet's curiosity and desire to drink, ensuring continuous hydration and helping to reduce urinary problems.
With a 3 litre capacity, the pet fountain offers three different drinking points for easy access from multiple angles. It ensures clean, clear water every time thanks to the three-stage filter cartridge. In the first stage, microfiltration of the finest impurities takes place through a non-woven filter. Next, filtration with ion exchange resins reduces the calcium content, while effective filtration with activated carbon removes odours and impurities. The pump's integrated pre-filter captures coarse impurities, ensuring superior water quality.
Practical and versatile, the Astra drinking fountain is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that allows it to be placed anywhere without the need for mains power. The design includes an LED indicator light to monitor battery status and water level, and to signal when the filter needs to be changed or cleaned. A level sensor automatically switches the pump off when the water level is too low, ensuring a long product life.
Easy to disassemble for quick cleaning, the drinker has a capacity of 3 litres and includes a USB-C cable. The Astra drinker filter is also available as a spare part.
The liquid should not exceed 35°C and the device is intended for indoor use only.
The detection angle of the motion sensor is 180° and the detection radius is approximately 60 cm. It is recommended to place the device against a wall, as the back of the device does not detect movement.
It is recommended to change the filter every 2 weeks or when the flow rate is considerably reduced. In case of two or more cats, it may be necessary to change the filters more frequently.
If the ambient temperature is high and the fountain is used by more than one pet, it is necessary to wash or change the filter more frequently."
