What is Femibion 1 Pronatal?
Femibion 1 is a food supplement designed to be taken from the moment you want to have a baby and is recommended up to the first trimester of pregnancy.
Femibion 1 contains a combination of well-selected nutrients, including above all a mixture of folate (Metafolin® and folic acid) and choline, specially developed to give your baby the best start.
Pregnant women have an increased need for certain nutrients that also have to reach the baby, especially during the first trimester. In this regard, its folic acid composition contributes to the normal formation of blood cells, the process of cell division and the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
Similarly, its choline content (an essential water-soluble nutrient) contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, which is important for various stages of life, including pregnancy. It is also formulated with iodine, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, selenium, iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D3 and E.
