Instructions for use Place on the elbow and adjust with the strap. 1. Insert the arm into the elbow pad. 2. Position the pads so that they are on the upper and lower part of the forearm (ulnar and radial sides), just below the elbow. 3. Fitting Put on the strap 1. Wrap the strap around the forearm until a firm but comfortable pressure is produced. Indications Indicated for tendinitis, joint support, epicondylitis, prevention at work, sports, at home. Contraindications Do not use in case of allergy to any of the materials used. In case of using one size above the appropriate size, the compression and support will be less than normal and will not produce the expected effect on the user. If one size smaller than the appropriate size is used, the compression and support will be greater than desirable for good blood flow. The garment may be uncomfortable and even painful. It is also indicated on the outer box that in case of doubt between two sizes, always use the larger size. Composition Cotton (16%), elastomer (19%), multifibre polyamide (55%).
