Farmalastic Advance Fix Epicondylitis Brace One Size has a wraparound design in a bilayer fabric that adapts easily to the anatomy. It is highly breathable, lightweight and has a reduced volume. Indicated to help relieve pain in the treatment of epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and epitrochleitis (golfer's elbow). Prevention and functional recovery from sports injuries or stressful situations.
Instructions for use Loosen the band allowing maximum opening. Insert the hand. The cuff should be placed around the forearm, at a distance of about 3 cm from the epicondyle or epitrochlea, depending on the injury, allowing full 90° flexion of the elbow. The inner extra pressure pad should be placed over the insertion of the tendon at the epicondyle. Tighten the strap around the forearm exerting the desired traction. The cuff incorporates an extra pressure pad on the inside of the cuff. Insert the hand. The cuff incorporates a removable silicone pressure pad inside the cuff. It comes from the factory with it already in place. If necessary, readjust the band until the garment fits snugly but comfortably. Excessive compression can lead to intolerance, so we recommend adjusting the compression to the optimum level.
