This product is used by mixing with water or milk and consumed after exercise to speed recovery and reduce muscle soreness.

How to use

The method of use of this product is to mix 50g (2 scoops) with 500ml of water or milk after intense physical exercise. Shake well and consume within 30 minutes after exercise.
