In a litre of water, place 3 tablespoons of seed, leave to macerate overnight and the next day drink three cups of this preparation.
Another way to prepare it is to add 8 grams of flaxseed to a cup of water, boil for 2 minutes, turn off and allow to stand for 30 minutes before consumption.
