Consult the formula manufacturer's information to determine how much water and scoops you need for your baby. - When mixing, it is not advisable to shake the bottle, as shaking creates air bubbles that your baby will swallow and be uncomfortable. - Stir the mixture with a spoon or by moving the bottle without shaking it like a rolling pin between your hands.
