Dr. Schar classico mastro pannet 300 g is a bread made from millet and quinoa, two ancient cereals that are characterised by the absence of gluten and are a good source of fibre. The texture of this product has been perfected so that it is always soft, tender, fluffy and dry.

It contains iron, phosphorus and potassium. It is free of preservatives, flavourings and enhancers. Its special nutritional contribution comes from the so-called supercereals. Millet is a cereal widely used in Russia, India and some South American countries. It is highly nutritious and rich in B vitamins.

Quinoa, also known as the treasure of the Incas, has a high concentration of healthy omega-3 fats. It is rich in fibre and is an excellent source of high biological value vegetable protein. It contains calcium, magnesium and zinc.

But the main ingredient of this bread and the one that gives it its characteristic taste is the sourdough used by Dr. Schar. It contains lactic acid bacteria that help in the leavening and baking process. They also help to break down carbohydrates into easily absorbed and digestible elements.

This bread is recommended for coeliacs, vegans and vegetarians. It does not contain egg or milk.
