Wash your hands before preparing the bottle.

Sterilise all parts of the bottle (bottle, teat and thread) before washing.

Boil water in a container and allow to cool to 40-45°C.

Pour the required amount of water into 1 sterilised bottle.

Add the required number of powdered milk scoops, flush and uncompressed. Use only the scoop included in the bottle lid.

Close the bottle and shake it vigorously.

Check the temperature of the bottle (37°C) before giving it to the baby.
