Increased eye pressure is one of the key causes of glaucoma. There is evidence that this pressure alters the nerve cells at the back of the eye, called Retinal Ganglion Cells (RGCs).
RGCs transmit messages from the eyes to the brain and are essential for sight. When RGCs die due to damage, they are not replaced. Coqun helps protect RGCs by delivering additional Coenzyme Q10 directly to the cells. Coqun's Coenzyme Q10 provides cells with additional energy and protection thanks to its antioxidant properties.
Coqun comes in a multi-dose bottle without preservatives and can also be used by contact lens wearers. Coqun is NOT a substitute for (antihypertensive) drops to reduce the pressure that causes glaucoma.
