It is a medicine specially formulated to prevent and treat all the symptoms caused by motion sickness in means of transport such as cars, buses, boats, planes...
It comes in a convenient pack containing 4 tablets.
It is aimed at adults and people over 12 years of age.
Take 1 or 2 tablets at least 30 minutes before travelling. The dose can be repeated, if necessary, every 4-6 hours.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended amount of 4 tablets daily and always use the lowest dose necessary to be effective.
Do not use Cinfamar caffeine:
In children under 12 years of age.
In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to its active ingredient or any of the components present in this medicine.
If you suffer from uncontrolled high blood pressure, porphyria, insomnia, anxiety, asthmatic crisis, gastric ulcer, epilepsy....
If you are breast-feeding, unless prescribed by a doctor.
Cinfamar caffeine may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everyone will experience them. In the event of any undesirable reaction, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
Each tablet of Cinfamar caffeine contains 50 milligrams of dimenhydrinate and 50 milligrams of caffeine as active ingredients. The other excipients in the core are: maize starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium (potato) carboxymethyl starch (type A), povidone, talc. The other coating agents are: macrogol 6000, hypromellose 606, hypromellose 615.
It is a medicine in the form of white, cylindrical, biconvex, grooved tablets. They are easy to take and should be taken with food, milk or water to minimise the risk of gastric irritation.
It is recommended to take the tablets at least half an hour before the start of the journey, but ideally up to two hours before if possible.
Due to the caffeine content, the last tablet should be taken no later than 6 hours before going to bed, as it may cause insomnia.
