The ultrasonic technology provides a cool vapour that does not burn; it is also silent, so it does not disturb sleep and guarantees rest. Chicco Humi Fresh has an autonomy of more than 8 hours, which allows it to work for a long time; at the end of each cycle, it switches itself off to save energy. It also has a special tank for fragrances and essential oils in which you can place your favourite fragrance to diffuse it throughout the room. It has a 2-litre capacity and a touch button with LED light that allows you to select any of the 4 flow levels, adapting it to your needs.
With normal use of the appliance, due to the mineral salts dissolved in the water, limescale deposits may form due to limescale. The harder the water and the more frequently the appliance is used, the faster limescale deposits can form, thus affecting its performance. We recommend cleaning and descaling at least once a week. It is also advisable to fill the humidifier with cold drinking water. The water should be renewed at least every 3 days and, in addition, the tank and the components in contact with the water should be thoroughly cleaned and dried as indicated in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section of the instruction manual.
USE OF FRAGRANCE: put 2-3 drops of essential oils or fragrances in the essence container, making sure that they do not come into contact with the external surfaces of the water tank or penetrate the appliance through the steam outlet.
