Before preparing a bottle, it is necessary to wash and sterilise it, then pour the necessary amount of water (according to the measure suggested by the paediatrician), the water must be mineral and boiled, add the number of level measures indicated on the side of the bottle. Put the lid on the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for 10 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Before giving the bottle to the baby, check the temperature. Once the bottle is ready, throw away any leftover food and clean all the utensils used.
