These tablets are indicated for the symptomatic relief of occasional mild to moderate pain (menstrual, lower back pain, contracture, headache, dental) and fever. Who is it for? People from 16 years of age. Instructions for use 1 tablet every 6 hours (4 times a day). Or every 4 hours if necessary. Contraindications Do not use Cafiaspirin in: Patients with hypersensitivity to any of the active substances and/or excipients listed in the composition of Cafiaspirin Tablets. Avoid in: Acute, chronic or recurrent gastroduodenal ulcer; repeated gastric discomfort. History of bleeding or gastric perforation after treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Haemorrhagic diathesis Asthma Nasal polyps. Coagulation disorders, mainly haemophilia or hypoprothrombinaemia. Concomitant therapy with oral anticoagulants. Severe renal, hepatic or cardiac insufficiency. Severe cardiovascular disorders. Severe uncontrolled hypertension. Treatment with methotrexate at doses of 15 mg/week or higher. Third trimester of pregnancy, do not use. Side effects Like all medicines, Cafiaspirin Tablets may cause side effects: Frequent adverse reactions: digestive disturbances, insomnia, nervousness. Composition Each tablet of Cafiaspirin contains 500 mg acetylsalicylic acid and 50 mg caffeine as active ingredients. The other excipients are: Maize starch, powdered cellulose. If the treatment does not improve the pain within 5 days, the fever within 3 days, or the symptoms worsen during this time, seek medical advice.
