Brudy Glauco is a food supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids in the form of Triglycerides (DHA 70%, EPA 8.5%, DPA 6%) and Citicoline, designed to supplement the daily requirement of essential fatty acids of the omega-3 family and Citicoline. Brudy has developed and patented an enriched source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): Tridocosahexaenoin-AOX®.
Nutritional and physiological effect: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid involved in normal brain and eye function. This benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This benefit is obtained by taking 250 mg of DHA and EPA per day. Citicoline is a source molecule of choline normally found in the body and is used as a natural precursor of phospholipids involved in the formation and repair of the neuronal membrane.
Fish oil concentrated in Omega-3 fatty acids (Tridocosahexaenoin-AOX® as a source of Docosahexaenoic acid); Citicoline, Thickener: yellow beeswax (E901), Emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322), Capsule: gelatine and glycerol.
Does not contain colouring agents. Gluten and dairy free.
It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day. Take preferably with meals with a glass of water.
