What is it and what is it for?
Bonusan is a food supplement based on vitamins D3 and K2 that contributes to the maintenance of bones. It is composed of vitamins D3, K2 and extra virgin olive oil.

Vitamin D3 is a vitamin that is not active in the body, i.e. it is synthesised by direct exposure to sunlight. It is also processed by the liver and kidneys and is more easily assimilated if taken with a little fat.

It promotes the assimilation of calcium and phosphorus in the bones, helping to strengthen joints, maintaining flexibility, strength and bone quality. Helps balance blood pressure. Regulates immune system functions, preventing disease and infection. It helps to slow down the aging process. It also improves well-being and mood and helps to control metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

Vitamin K2 has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. It helps prevent calcium retention in the arteries. It promotes bone recovery and minimises the development of osteoporosis. Contributes to blood clot formation processes. Promotes hair health and protects the scalp. Strengthens the dermis and improves wound healing.

Fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2 are included in a fat base of extra virgin olive oil to facilitate their absorption by the body. In addition, there are no dispensable additives or added omega-6 fatty acids. This avoids the use of other oils that alter the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio.
The capsule shell is dark in colour, due to the natural caramel used to stabilise vitamin K2, which is naturally unstable.
