Blemil Plus IRC is a dietary food intended to accompany special medical treatments for infants and children with chronic renal failure and other renal disorders. It is safe to be taken as the only food from birth to 6 months of age and as a complement to food diversification.

Breast milk is a newborn's primary food, however, during development, some infants may require an alternate source of nutrition due to digestive complications or intolerances to some milk components.

This special Blemil formula is ideal for these cases, as it provides the complete normoprotein and normocaloric diet that the infant with renal failure (with or without dialysis) needs.

Its protein content is enriched with 13 vitamins, minerals, taurine and L-carnitine to properly nourish the baby. It is rich in essential fatty acids, such as linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids; and in arachidonic and docosahexaenoic acids.
