Bion3 Multi & Omega-3, an adult food supplement that combines a multivitamin with vitamin C and magnesium for your mental and physical energy, and EPA and DHA capsules to support your heart, brain and vision, with probiotics.
Each multivitamin tablet contains 13 vitamins and 9 minerals to help support your mental and physical energy. Each capsule contains Omega-3 fatty acids, specifically DHA and EPA, which are important nutrients that support heart, brain and vision health.
In addition, Bion3 Multi Omega-3 capsules contain 1 billion probiotics (Bacillus subtilis DE111), which reach the gut alive. Adults (18+) should take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with a cold drink, during or after a meal.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect on the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect on the brain is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
