It is a medicated gel formulated with triethanolamine salicylate, an active ingredient belonging to the group of skin preparations used for the treatment of joint and muscle pain, such as contractures, lumbago, torticollis, small contusions, bruises, sprains and strains.
It comes in a convenient 50 g gel format.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Apply a small amount of gel to the painful or inflamed area 3 to 4 times a day. It is advisable to apply the last application of the day before going to bed.
Do not use Bexidermil Gel:
In children under 12 years of age.
In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its components, nor on eroded skin, open wounds, mucous membranes or burns.
During pregnancy and lactation, without prior consultation with a doctor.
Like all medicines, Bexidermil Gel may cause side effects. In this case, the following common adverse reactions have been observed: contact dermatitis, skin sensitivity, burning.
The active substance in Bexidermil Gel is triethanolamine, each gram of Bexidermil contains 100 mg triethanolamine salicylate. The other excipients are: triethanolamine, carbomer, propylene glycol (E1520), menthol, camphor, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E320) and purified water.
Bexidermil is a white, homogeneous-looking medicated gel that is applied topically.
It is important not to exceed 3 to 4 applications per day. If symptoms do not improve or worsen for 7 days, you should consult your doctor.
