Step 1 is used to remove roughness and smooth the nail surface, using it sparingly and without too much force. It should be done every fortnight. If the nails are very thin or weak, it is preferable to do this step every three weeks.
Step 2 is the one that gives an extraordinary shine with only six strokes, so that no polish is necessary. Once a week is enough to give your nails a spectacular shine. And if you like to paint your nails, remember to give them a rest: at least a couple of days between polish applications. This will prevent them from drying out, weakening or yellowing.
