How to use it in the shower:
1- Wet the glove and remove excess water before use.
2- Massage it in a circular motion over the body. You can use it with your usual soap, although it is not essential.
3- Rinse it in plenty of water and wring it out well.
4- Keep it hanging for a longer duration.
