Bepanthol protective ointment is an emulsion treatment indicated to help moisturise and regenerate skin with chafing, cracks, flaking and redness. Its lipid-rich formula protects the skin and protects the skin surface by creating a kind of protective layer on the skin that helps to limit damage caused by external aggressions. This formula is enriched with panthenol or pro-vitamin B5 which acts like a balm on the skin and whose properties help to renew and visibly improve the skin's appearance.
In addition to this, vitamin B5 also regenerates and restores elasticity, as well as contributing to smoother, more even skin. Rich in 60 % lipid emollient substances, the ointment contains active ingredients that form a protective layer on the skin for better skin respiration. It can also be used to prevent nappy rash in the elderly.
