Then, you can apply your favourite body wash or soap to the sponge and gently massage it into the skin in circular motions. The sponge will gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells and leaving it soft and renewed. After use, rinse the sponge thoroughly and allow it to air dry. Remember to replace it every 2-3 months to maintain proper hygiene.
