Possible physical symptoms: dizziness, dizziness, eczema that comes and goes, disturbance of menstruation, recurrent fevers and headaches.

Scleranthus is the Bach Flower for people who have difficulty deciding between two or more options.

Scleranthus indecision generally affects both minor and major decisions. Sometimes the chronic uncertainty of the Scleranthus person manifests itself in different ways.

One may present with oscillating moods, for example from joy to sadness, from activity to apathy, from optimism to pessimism or from laughing to crying.

Or you may suffer from motion sickness when travelling by car, plane or boat.

Although these symptoms are not infallible guides to the Scleranthus remedy, they are indications that you may need this remedy.

In any case, the remedy is given to help the person to act more decisively and to learn to know one's own mind better.

Composition: 1:240 aqueous solution of scleranthus (Scleranthus annuus). Grape alcohol (27% v/v).

There are several possible ways of taking Bach Flowers:

Taking 4 drops in a dropper: this consists of placing four drops on the tongue, using the bottle dropper and taking care that it does not touch the tongue, to avoid contaminating the remedy. This way seems to be more convenient for those patients who argue that due to their busy schedules it is difficult to get glasses of water during the day. This is the most common way of taking the remedies.

The classic way, in a glass of water: a small amount of water is poured into a glass (about one centimetre high) and 4 drops of the prepared remedy are added with the dropper. To dynamise this solution in a way equivalent to the treatment given to homeopathic solutions, it is recommended that the glass and its contents be shaken for one minute before drinking.

When the patient has lost consciousness or is in a state of physical or mental shock and cannot take the remedy (usually Rescue Remedy is used): ten drops of the remedy are applied to a piece of cotton wool or gauze moistened with water. This is then placed on your lips and/or rubbed into your skin on various parts of your body. Another way is to put two drops of the remedy on the area behind the ears. Or you can also use Bach flower creams.
