The capsules should be taken orally with a glass of water. They should not be opened, so as not to lose product or efficacy when the powder is dissolved. As it is a proton pump inhibitor, it is recommended to take the medicine on an empty stomach and in the morning, so that it will be absorbed correctly and its effectiveness will be maximised, as it will begin to regulate the production of stomach acid.
