Apply a small amount of balm to the chest, lower neck and nape of the neck, massaging until the product penetrates - For children from 6 to 12 years of age, one application per day - From 12 years of age, up to 2 applications per day - For children from 6 to 12 years of age, one application per day - From 12 years of age, up to 2 applications per day.
