Directions for use

Take one ampoule a day. Can be taken on its own or diluted in half a glass of water or juice. Due to the natural character of the product, it may contain sediment. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply shake the ampoule before use. Shake the ampoule before opening. As it is a natural product, it is possible that sediment may form, but this does not affect the quality of the product in any way. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up and, with the help of both thumbs, press the ampoule. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open until it breaks (see the pictures on the package).
