Directions for use

From 12 years of age. Take one ampoule with breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200ml), for a minimum of 20 days. You can resume taking the product several times a year. Due to the natural character of the product, it may contain sediment. This has no impact on the quality of the product. Simply shake the ampoule before use. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up and, with the help of both thumbs, press it down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open (see the pictures on the package).
