Adults: take 1 capsule at dinner with a glass of water.
Each capsule contains 250 mg of black garlic extract, equivalent to 2100 mg of dried plant and containing 430 µg of S-allyl-L-cysteine, 53 mg of red yeast rice with 2.9 mg of monacolins, 50 mg of coriander extract equivalent to 250 mg of dried plant, 20 mg of sugar cane policosanols, 15 mg of coenzyme Q10 and corn starch as an excipient, with a vegetable-based coating made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age or over 70 years of age. Do not combine with cholesterol-lowering drugs or other products containing red yeast-fermented rice. Daily intake of monacolins should not exceed 3 mg. Consult a doctor in case of health problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
