Instructions for use

Take 1 ampoule a day with breakfast or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200ml).

Due to the natural character of the product, it may contain sediment. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply shake the ampoule before use.

Hold the ampoule with the fine side upwards and, using both thumbs, press it down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open until it breaks (see figures on the package).

Royal jelly contains a high proportion of water, as well as sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, and a large number of substances such as fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.It also contains a large number of substances such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecenoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid) fatty acids. Although all ancient civilisations consumed royal jelly, its properties were not identified until a few decades ago.
