Worker bees produce royal jelly to feed one particular bee, which will become queen. This unique food gives her a longevity up to 40 times longer than average and an extraordinary reproductive capacity. Royal jelly contains mainly water, sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals, vitamins and bioactive compounds such as the fatty acids 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecenoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid). Although its consumption dates back to ancient times, its properties have only been identified in recent decades. Its nutrients contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and vision (retinol and riboflavin), energy metabolism (thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid B5, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin B12 and vitamin C), normal macronutrient metabolism and nervous system function (biotin B8), normal intellectual performance (pantothenic acid B5), and the maintenance of normal bones and muscles (vitamin D). Arkoreal is a range of sugar-free royal jelly endorsed by the Spanish Diabetes Society Foundation (FSED). According to this organisation, one serving of carbohydrates (10 g) is equivalent to 30 ml of royal jelly, and each ampoule contains 15 ml.

Take one ampoule a day. Shake before use, as it may contain natural sediment that does not affect its quality. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up and press with both thumbs to open it. A useful trick is to use an empty ampoule as a lever to make it easier to open.
Each 15 ml ampoule contains fresh royal jelly composed of water, sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, including retinol, riboflavin, thiamine, pantothenic acid B5, vitamin B6, biotin B8, vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D, plus active compounds such as 10-hydroxydecenoic acid (10-HDA) and 10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid (10-H2DA), which contribute to skin care, vision, energy metabolism, the nervous system, intellectual performance and the maintenance of normal bones and muscles.
