Arkobiotics® Adult Vitamins and Defences, from Arkopharma Laboratories, contains a carefully selected combination of lactic ferments from various strains. Thanks to its highly dosed formula and freeze-drying process, it guarantees a minimum supply of 10 billion selected bacteria per single dose at the time of expiry. The probiotics in this formula help to maintain the balance of the intestinal flora, especially when taking antibiotics. It is recommended to separate its consumption by at least 2 hours from these treatments.
Sugar, purified water, bulking agent (polydextrose, maltodextrin), lactic ferments (Lactobacillus paracasei, Bacillus coagulans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium lactis), flavourings, concentrated juice of acerola (Malpighia glabra L.), concentrated juice of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), zinc L-pidolate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and vitamin B8 (biotin). Adults:
Intensive programme: take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, leaving a week's break.
Maintenance programme: take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 1 week a month.
To activate the contents, place the opening cap on the cap of the unidosis and press firmly until you hear 2 clicks. Shake vigorously and remove the bottle-opening cap. Before drinking, confirm that the aluminium foil is attached to the cap.
Each dose provides 800 µg RE vitamin A (100 % NRV), 5 µg vitamin D (100 % NRV), 12 a-TE vitamin E (100 % NRV), 80 mg vitamin C (100 % NRV), 1,1 mg vitamin B1 (100 % NRV), 1,4 mg vitamin B2 (100 % NRV), 16 mg vitamin B3 (100 % NRV), 6 mg vitamin B5 (100 % NRV), 1,4 mg vitamin B6 (100 % NRV), 50 µg biotin (100 % NRV), 2,5 µg vitamin B12 (100 % NRV), 1,5 mg zinc (15 % NRV), 104 mg sea buckthorn juice concentrate, 104 mg acerola juice concentrate and 10.10 billion CFU of lactic starter cultures guaranteed at the time of expiry.
Take at least 2 hours apart from taking antibiotics. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for people allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients. Protect from high temperatures and store in a dry place below 25°C.
