From 15 years of age. One of these two programmes is recommended every month: For occasional use: Intensive monthly programme: 1 vial per day with breakfast for 2 weeks per month, with a week's break in between. For long-term use: Monthly maintenance programme: 1 vial per day with breakfast for 1 week per month. Place the "bottle-opener cap" on the cap of the unidose. Press firmly on the cap until you feel 2 "clicks". Remove the opening cap and mix vigorously. Unscrew and check that the aluminium foil is attached to the cap of the unidosis before drinking.
