Aquoral Ophthalmological Drops, 2X20 Single Dose

Aquoral eye drops is a sterile eye solution, indicated to lubricate, moisturise and protect the eye. It protects against external agents that cause eye irritation and dryness, such as smoke, excessive wind, dryness in the environment, dust particles and other elements. It is also recommended in cases of eyestrain due to prolonged exposure to screens, use of contact lenses and after eye surgery that requires constant hydration.

It contains hyaluronic acid (0.4% w/v) obtained through a biotechnological synthesis process. This substance is known in the industry for its extra moisturising properties; it deeply moisturises the surface it touches. It has a mucomimetic effect that allows dry eye lubrication and stabilises the natural tear film. Another active ingredient that supports its action is galacto-xyloglucan, extracted from tamarind seed. It forms a protective layer on the surface, which helps to restore the physiological balance of the tear film. This regulates the water level in the eye and allows the expulsion of contamination through tears. It provides immediate relief from discomfort, which lasts for several hours.
