Aquamed Active One Size Wristband

Aquamed Active Wristband is a product specially designed to provide a good level of compression. The use of this product helps to minimise pain and contributes to a better recovery of the joint.

The accessory has three different components, which each provide different benefits. Firstly, the bamboo charcoal fibre stands out because it helps to improve microcirculation. The blood vessels present in the wrists are small veins and capillaries that with improved circulation receive more nutrients and oxygen, which aids recovery from injuries.

Secondly, splandex is a very flexible material, which allows it to adapt to any hand. It provides good compression and comfort. Finally, HydroQuick is a component that favours skin perspiration. In addition, it allows sweat to evaporate quickly so that it does not leave an uncomfortable sensation.

It is indicated for adults with wrist injuries. It can also be used to prevent them in case of very demanding activities.

As it is an accessory that compresses the joint, it is advisable to take into account the following indications:

• Some people with sensitive skin may experience some swelling. This is normal as long as it does not generate an itching sensation and irritate the skin. On the other hand, to prevent marks, the wristband can be readjusted several times a day. It can also be taken off for a few minutes if necessary.
• Never wear the accessory folded so as not to generate extra compression. What can happen in this case is that the blood flow is interrupted.
• Always wash by hand and with the help of neutral or mild soaps. In addition, it is not advisable to let it dry in the sun or with the help of heat sources.
• After 6 months of use, this product does not provide the same benefits. This is mainly because use and washing wear down the fibres.
• If the wristband is torn, knitting it does not restore its properties.
