Take 1 or 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning.
Recommended daily dose:
1 capsule (0.47 g): 300 mg royal jelly.
2 capsules (0.95 g): 600 mg royal jelly.
Freeze-dried royal jelly, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colouring agent: iron oxides and hydroxides), anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide) and corn starch.
