Ana Maria Lajusticia Isoflavones + Magnesium + Vitamin E in 30 capsules is a food supplement, its properties help to counteract the symptoms and disorders associated with menopause, such as hot flushes, tiredness and fatigue. It also contains essential nutrients for women.
Isoflavones are a series of compounds whose chemical structure makes them part of a group of substances of plant origin, to which functional similarities with oestrogens are attributed, and which are therefore advisable during the menopause. In some cases, the end of menstrual function can lead to the deterioration of tissues, including those of the skeleton. As is well known, one of the properties of magnesium is to halt this deterioration, which is why this element has been incorporated into the preparation. Vitamin E, with its antioxidant and anti-ageing effects, helps to maintain the elasticity of the arteries and promotes circulation.
Take one capsule a day, preferably in the morning. Average contents per daily dose of 1 capsule (0.502 g): magnesium 56.3 mg (15% NRV*), vitamin E 6.7 mg α-TE (56% NRV*), soya extract 100 mg (of which Isoflavones 40 mg).
Magnesium carbonate, soya bean extract (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), gelatine, anti-caking agent (talc), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
