Ana Maria Lajusticia Collagen with Magnesium is a nutritional supplement formulated to regenerate tissues based on hydrolysed collagen type I and II. It is an essential element for connective tissue throughout the body and joints.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, being the essential constituent of cartilage, tendons and bones, which is why we need it on a daily basis. All the connective tissue in our body and joints is made up of collagen, so its supply helps us to regenerate its wear and tear and ageing, and to keep our joints, bones, skin and fitness in good condition. We have added magnesium to this compound, which is an element that plays a very active role in the formation of all the proteins in the body, and its additional supply contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles. Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. 6 tablets (4.3 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*). 9 tablets (6.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*). It is recommended to take the tablets with food rich in vitamin C.
