Combinations of collagen with magnesium and vitamins C and B are the ideal allies to ensure good sports performance. Collagen is the main component of our joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles and bones. Magnesium and vitamin C boost protein synthesis and the formation of new collagen. The daily intake of amlsport® collagen supplements with magnesium guarantees a correct protein, mineral and vitamin balance to strengthen the joints, bones and muscles of athletes and improve their post-training recovery.
