ActiveComplex Vitamin E is a high potency vitamin preparation. It consists of transparent softgels with purified soybean oil and natural d-alpha-tocopherol. Each capsule contains approximately 350 mg/525 IU. As is the case with other fat-soluble vitamins, ActiveComplex Vitamin E should be taken with a meal.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health care professional. Take preferably after meals.
It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily amount.
