ActiveComplex Vitamin D are soft gelatine beads with 80 μg of vitamin D3 in each bead. Their size makes them easy to swallow, but they can also be chewed. Vitamin D is dissolved in cold-pressed olive oil to improve absorption as vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. Research has shown that ActiveComplex Vitamin D Forte has a high degree of absorption in the body.
