Acofar Crepe Elastic Bandage 4 M x 10 cm

Acofar Elastic Crepe Bandage 4 m x 10 cm is a product made of 100% natural cotton fabric, which adapts to the natural movements of the body, but prevents slippage and loss of position. It is indicated for immobilising various parts of the body affected by traumatic injuries, sprains, varicose conditions and strains.

It is designed to adequately treat trauma. It is an elastic band that exerts compression and helps to reduce the discomfort and pain associated with these conditions. It has a neutral colour and its woven fabric with delicate fibres reduces the possibility of direct contact with the tissue, but offers optimum protection against wounds and lacerations. It can be sterilised and used in conjunction with clinical ointments. It is breathable and does not lose elasticity when washed.

Can be used to:

• Stimulate blood circulation to an extremity where increased irrigation is required.
• Wrap splinted or immobilised limbs during the recovery process.
• Hold healing dressings in place, but encourage perspiration and exudation.
• Keep hot and cold compresses in place.

Provide moderate and even compression on the injured skin. In this way, it helps to relieve inflammation and pain.
