Remove the cover and insert the batteries. Insert the cuff tube into the opening provided on the left side of the instrument. Set the date and time as indicated by the instructions inside. Attach the cuff as instructed. Press the START button, the cuff will inflate and after a few seconds the measurement result will appear on the display.
