Duration of treatment
Although the first improvements can be seen after the first month of treatment, it is recommended to take the product for at least 3 months. However, it is possible to repeat the course of treatment several times during the year.
Disperse one sachet in half a glass of water before the two main meals. Drink the resulting beverage before it forms a gel in the glass. After ingestion, drink half a glass of water.
If you forget to take Metarecod before a meal, you can also take it during the meal. The product must not be administered directly into the mouth, it must be taken strictly after dispersing it in water. During the first few days of use, meteorism may occur, which will resolve spontaneously during the course of the treatment. In order to ensure that the product is correctly taken by children under 12 years of age, the presence of an adult is recommended.

Do not use in case of allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more of the following raw materials from which the product components are derived: Avena sativa, Opuntia ficus-indica, Amorphophallus konjac, Althaea officinalis, Linum usitatissimum, Tilia platyphyllos, Cichorium intybus, Stevia rebaudiana, gum arabic. There are no experimental data on the use of Metarecod in pregnancy and lactation. However, due to the nature of its components, there are no contraindications for taking the product under these conditions. It is recalled that the treatment of dysglycaemia, dyslipidaemia, overweight and metabolic syndrome in pregnancy should be carried out under medical supervision. It is recommended to take the product separately from medicinal products (at least two hours) to avoid possible interaction with their absorption.
