3M Futuro One Size Arm Sling

The 3M Futuro one-size-fits-all arm sling is an orthopaedic device made of padded, breathable material. Its purpose is to provide maximum comfort to the arm. Its function is to immobilise the limb that has an injury in any of its parts in order to favour its recovery and avoid movements that could injure it.

Each part of this sling is designed to protect the arm and avoid any discomfort, which is why it has a padded cartridge. In this piece, the arm rests on an ergonomic support that adapts to the morphology of the limb and allows the skin to perspire properly. All this to avoid the excess perspiration that can be produced by having the arm in the cartridge holder for long hours.

The strap or strap that holds the cartridge holder to the shoulder has a pad that softens the pressure that the weight of the arm exerts on it. In addition, it can be moved to be positioned exactly where it is most comfortable. This strap also has a piece to shorten or lengthen it, and ends in a quick-release buckle.

There is also a thumb loop on the hand rest part of the pouch to suspend the thumb. This is intended to reduce the fatigue caused by suspending part of the hand in the air.
